Playing the Deck

This one is pretty straightforward. Move Ar’tek up and start swinging. See if you can kill or spend your opponent’s most dangerous strikes before you get there, then go to town. Amoudasi’s Wrath is your planar killer, but make sure you don’t use them all immediately if you’re at all worried your opponent has Jackals of Mourn—one surefire way to lose as Ar’tek is a late-turn Jackals drop, get hit, get hit again, then lose initiative. Save Brindle for when your opponent is out of strikes to get either offense (Giant Strength Potion) or defense (Potion of Blurring). If you give your opponent any chance to breathe, they’ll kill you (you have 12 AC!), so get up there, chain strikes with Obliterate, Outmatched, and No Prisoners and stack up War Mace charges.
