Limited Wish/Phoenix Feather: Yes. $5 donations to https://cancer.org . Remove the card for the entirety of the event following its use.

Open is the Wild West of Warlord formats where ANYTHING goes. There is no banned or restricted list and historically the only people crazy enough to play it gathered at Gen Con each year for a special event called ‘Mightnight Madness’ that - you guessed it - began at Midnight. For this event, we’re bringing Midnight to 6PM on Gen Con Saturday!

Please note that while Challenge Lord cards such as Medusan Lords, Ghouls, Cohorts, items specific to Medusan Lords, and the like are legal for this event, proxying such cards will not be allowed.
